Successful applicants are passionate in their field of choice and act as an innovator and leader.Excellent project ideas include:Photography series on endangered birds, research in deepfake legislation, short documentary on the water shortage in communities, proposing a bill to a city counselor, video interview series with local MLAs

Do I need experience?

Applications are open to everyone of all experiences; but keep in mind that successful applicants are often the ones most passionate or with more experience in their chosen field.

What does funding cover?

Beyond Aid Project raises money to provide tangible resources for participants of the program. We do not give monetary rewards or transfers to participants. Instead, we cover the cost of resources needed by the participants to complete their project.

What happens after I'm selected?

After being notified by our team, meetings will be set up to streamline your project along with a possible chance of connecting you with an advisor.

What do advisors do?

Accepted Answer

Advisors are used to help provide needed guidance and advice to the participant. Advisors have relevant experience related to the participants project. E.g. a participant creating a documentary about the effect of data centers could be paired with an advisor with experience in video production or science background.

Can a group apply together?

You are able to submit one application per group consisting up to five people. Please note that if you are selected the resources will be split amongst eachother and not per person.
